It is a popular stir-fry dish and it considered as one of the best Chinese recipe. Tender, juicy pieces of stir-fried pork in a luxurious flavorful sauce. Most Mongolian recipes uses thin slices of flank steak but pork and even chicken can be used instead of beef.
