1st SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS
1/4 Cup of tropical juice blend (pineapple and orange juice works too)
1 ripe banana (frozen)
1/2 ripe mango (frozen)
2 tbsps of plain yoghurt
2rd SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS
1/4 Cup milk
1 ripe banana
2tbsps plain yoghurt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
