In a large bowl, mix the white sugar and egg. 2. Add the coconut milk, salt, baking powder, all-purpose flour, vegetable oil, and pandan flavoring. Set aside. 3. In a steamer, brush each puto mold with butter then pour in the batter. 4. Place the steamer in a pot with boiling water. Cover and steam for 15 minutes. Allow the Steamed Pandan Cupcakes to cool off before serving.
