Smooth Cherry Smoothie – Recipe


With the summer already here we can't get enough of these cool refreshing smoothies. Give this one a go if you are a cherry lover. And remember... you can never have too many cherries. Ingredients- 1c Low fat milk (we prefer Almond milk) 1/2c Plain yogurt 1/2 Banana (or 1 small banana) 3/4c Cherries (seedless) 10 Ice cubes Directions Add all ingredients to your blender (in the order above). Blend all ingredients for 60-90 seconds (more for thinner, less for thicker). If it gets too thin, add ice and blend a little more.
