How to make Banana Smoothie. This is a nice and simple super healthy nutribullet recipe which contains banana, dates and peanut butter.
Ingredients:
1 banana
2-3 dates
1tsp ground hemp seeds
1-2 pinches pumpkin seeds
1tbs organic peanut butter (or almond butter)
milk
You can also add some cacao nibs as they go really well and it's healthy!
