Finally a legit video from my channel .. how long has it been ? Wow just so happy to finally be back on my grind. ive finally been able to balance all aspects of life. We did already have our new little one so i will introduce him in our next video.
I know its not a perfect video but if i were to keep attempting for yers to make a perfect video i would never be able to upload anything,m and then i remembered .. thats what i am not. Im not perfect and my family isnt but we are everything we need ^_^ hehe

You can essentially usr anything and everything in your fridge !
I dont use kale because its cruciferous and cruciferous veggies (like broccoli) should be cooked !
