Here’s the recipe:
CHARITY’S PASSION PROJECT
2 oz. (60ml) Rum
½ oz. (15ml) Campari
¾ oz. (22ml) Passion Fruit Puree
¾ oz. (22ml) Orgeat Liqueur
½ oz. (15ml) Agave Nectar
½ oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice
PREPARATION
1. In a shaking glass, combine rum, Campari, agave nectar, Orgeat liqueur, lemon juice, and passion fruit puree. Add ice and shake well.
2. Place a small piece of dry ice in a serving glass and top with ice.
3. Strain mix into glass and garnish with a pineapple. Enjoy responsibly!
