Christmas on Rosecrans


Here's the recipe: CHRISTMAS ON ROSECRANS 1 ½ oz. (45ml) Gin ½ oz. Velvet Falernum ¾ oz. (22ml) Lime Juice ¾ oz. (22ml) RoseCrans Syrup (Rosemary/Cranberry Syrup) ¼ oz. (7.5ml) Simple Syrup 3 dashes Cranberry Bitters 2 drops Saline Soda Water Cranberries Garnish: Cranberry Skewer, Rosemary Sprig, Powdered Sugar PREPARATION 1. Drop cranberries into the base of a glass and pour over simple syrup. Muddle. 2. Add gin, velvet falernum, lime juice, rosecrans syrup, bitters, saline, and ice. Shake well. 3. Pour contents into a double rocks glass and garnish with a cranberry skewer, a rosemary sprig, and powdered sugar.
