Healthy Fusion⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@HealthyFoodFusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ https://www.youtube.com/@FoodFusionKids 00:00 Restaurant-style Tarragon Chicken 00:12 Prepare Chicken steak 01:00 Prepare Tarragon sauce 01:53 Prepare Crispy Smashed potatoes 02:34 Prepare Sauteed vegetables 03:04 Serving 03:18 Aray waah Serve 2-3 Recipe in English: Ingredients: Prepare Chicken Steak: -Mustard paste ½ tbs -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp -Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp -Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp -Dried tarragon leaves 1 tsp -Worcestershire sauce 1 & ½ tbs -Cooking oil 1 tsp -Chicken fillets 2 -Cooking oil 1-2 tbs Prepare Tarragon Sauce: -Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 3 tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp -Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tsp -Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs -Olper’s Milk 1/3 Cup -Chicken stock ½ Cup -Olper’s Cream ½ Cup -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp -Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste -Dried tarragon leaves ¼ tsp -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ¼ tsp -Fresh parsley chopped 1 tsp Prepare Crispy Smashed Potatoes: -Baby potatoes boiled with skin 6-8 -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp or to taste -Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp or to taste -Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste -Dried tarragon leaves ½ tsp or to taste -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp or to taste -Cooking oil 1 tbs Prepare Sautéed Vegetables: -Cooking oil 1 tsp -French beans ½ Cup -Gajar (Carrot) batonnet ½ Cup -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup -Broccoli florets 6-7 -Pyaz (Onion) slices ½ Cup -Himalayan pink salt to taste -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed to taste -Dried tarragon leaves to taste -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste -Fresh parsley chopped Directions: Prepare Chicken Steak: -In a bowl,add mustard paste,red chilli crushed,pink salt,black pepper powder,garlic powder,dried tarragon leaves,Worcestershire sauce,cooking oil & mix well. -Add chicken fillets,mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes. -In a frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated fillets & cook on low flame from both sides until done (4-5 minutes each side) & set aside. Prepare Tarragon Sauce: -In a frying pan,add butter & let it melt. -Add onion,garlic & sauté for a minute. -Add all-purpose flour & mix well. -Add Worcestershire sauce & mix well. -Add milk,chicken stock,cream & mix well. -Add black pepper crushed,pink salt,dried tarragon leaves,red chilli crushed,fresh parsley,mix well & cook on low flame until it thickens (2-3 minutes) & set aside. Prepare Crispy Smashed Potatoes: -In a frying pan,add potatoes,black pepper crushed,garlic powder,pink salt,dried tarragon leaves,red chilli crushed,cooking oil & toss well. -Press gently to smash potatoes with the help of a flat bottom glass & cook on medium flame from both sides until golden & crispy (2-3 minutes) & set aside. Prepare Sautéed Vegetables: -In the same frying pan,add cooking oil,french beans,carrot & sauté for 1-2 minutes. -Add capsicum,broccoli,onion,sprinkle pink salt,red chilli crushed,dried tarragon leaves,black pepper crushed & sauté for 1-2 minutes & set aside. -On a serving dish,add prepared sauteed vegetables,crispy smashed potatoes,chicken steak & pour prepared tarragon sauce,fresh parsley & serve!
