Get the Vitamix here: http://amzn.to/2lj7Vuv | Ingredients: Celery, Kale, Strawberries, Mulberries, Blueberries, Banana, Red Beet, Grapes, Indian Flora Instructions: Wash produce, put it in the blender, add 1 inch of water from the bottom (or more or less based on preference), turn on the blender (start from 1 to 10, increase gradually and then on HIGH for 5-10 seconds), pour in cup and enjoy. Fruits contain sugar and too much is not good for you. Try adding more greens such as asparagus, spinach, broccoli, etc. You won't regret it!
