INGREDIENTS:

1 liter of water
1 & 1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
2 eggs
100ml water
Cooking oil for frying
