No Bake Cup Cake | Cold Cake Recipe | Biscuit Cake | Christmas Dessert | Christmas 2023
BISCUIT CUP CAKES :
INGREDIENTS : ( Serving : 10 cups )
3 packets Marie biscuit
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup chocolate chip or 1 large milk chocolate
3-4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp coffee
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup chocolate spread
RECIPE :
crush marie biscuits or break into small pieces. keep aside
In a sauce pan add 2 tbsp butter and let it melt as a very low flame ,now add milk,coffee powder and mix well. Add vanilla essence, chocolate spread and mix well. Add crushed biscuits and mix it well. turn off the flame.
Now grease cup cake pan with butter and add the mixture in each cup.level it with a spoon. Cover it with foil paper and freeze for 1 hour. After one hour with the help of a butter knife remove all cup cakes from a pan.
Now add 1/2 cup choco chip in 1/2 cup cream. Microwave for 1 minute ,add 1 tsp butter, mix all well .chocolate ganache is ready. let it cool down a bit .
HOW TO SERVE ?
Place a cup cake in a serving plate. Add room temperature chocolate ganache on top and sprinkle some biscuit powder on top of it and serve.
