Do you know the trick to a quick & easy congee? You need to use frozen rice! Simmer frozen rice in homemade chicken broth along with garlic and ginger for aromatics. Season with salt, pepper and fish sauce to taste, then add sesame oil, scallions and a soft boiled egg to complete the dish :) #holidayswithshorts
