BAMBOO CHICKEN | Chicken Cooking in Bamboo | Direct Fired Bamboo Chicken Recipe Cooking in Village

Today in our village, we cut 4 big-sized bamboo trees to make bamboo chicken recipe. We first marinated all the chicken with masala and then put it in bamboo to cook on a direct fire. The bamboo chicken recipe is one of the unique and traditional recipe. It gives the chicken an awesome smell and taste while cooked by direct fire!
