Egg dessert (Ande ka halwa) Recipe in English Ingredients: -Eggs 6 -Ghee ¼ cup -Sugar 8 tbs -Milk 2 cups -Yellow food color ¼ tsp -Cardamom powder ½ tsp -Nuts (Raisins, cashew nuts, almonds) as required -Kewra water or Rose water 1 tsp Directions: -In a blender, add eggs, ghee, sugar and milk, blend them properly. You can whisk it with hand too. -In a wok, add egg mixture and cook it on low flame and keep stirring it until mixture become thick and crumbly. -Add food color, cardamom powder and mix well. -Cook until milk and sugar water dies up. -Add dry fruits and cook on high flame until oil comes on surface. -Add kewra water/rose water and give it a good mix. -Egg dessert is ready. Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Anday 6 -Ghee ¼ cup -Cheeni 8 tbs -Doodh 2cups -Zarda ka rang ¼ tsp -Elaichi powder ½ tsp -Dry fruits (Kishmish, kaju, badam) 2-3 tbs -Arq-e-Kewra or Arq-e-gulab1 tsp Directions: -Blender mein anday, ghee, cheeni aur doodh dal ker achi tarhan blend ker lein. Hath se bhi beat karsakte hain. -Karhai mein anday ka ameza shamil karein aur halki aanch per pakayain, musalsal chamcha chalatay rahein yahan tak ke mixture garha hojaye -Zarde ka rang aur elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Jab doodh aur cheeni ka pani sukh jaye aur dana bun jaye tou dry fruits shamil karein, tez aanch per oil upper anay tak bhoon lein. -Arq-e- gulab ya kewra dal ker mix ker lein. -Ande ka halwa tayyar hai.
