Baklava is a traditional dessert of middle east Balkans, Greeks and Bulgarians. It is a sweet dessert pastry made from layers of phyllo filled with chopped nuts and held together with syrup and honey. Generally it is considered as a very difficult dish to make at home but in this video we are showing step by step very easy and simple method of preparing Baklava at home using ingredients which are easily available in all kitchens.

Ingredients -
For dough -
1+1/2 cup flour (maida)
1 tsp vinegar/ lemon juice
1 tbsp butter/clarified butter/ desi ghee
For sugar syrup
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup honey (optional)
Stuffing-
3/4 cup unsalted pistachio
Melted butter/ clarified butter/ desi ghee
