Take 9in by 6in dish and arrange the peaches inside. In large bowl mix oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and ginger until well blended. Grate butter on large grater and mix into dry ingredients. Top the peaches with topping. Pop to oven for 30-35 minutes or until the topping gets light brown color. Serve with ice cream, whipping cream or cream fresh. Enjoy! Cheers, Victoria Paikin
