Ingredients Maida (Refined Wheat Flour) - 100 Gm Butter - 100 Gm Ground Sugar - 25 Gm Jam - 10 Gm Ghee (Clarified Butter) - To Grease Vanilla Essence - A Few Drops Icing Gun/Piping Cone Big and Small Start Nozzle Small square cut Parchment Papers Swiss Tart round Moulds Method 1 - Preparing the Moulds Take the round moulds and square cut Parchment Papers Grease them with Ghee Place the Parchment Papers on top of the moulds and keep them aside 2 - Preparing the Piping Mixture Now take 100 gm butter in a bowl Add 100 gm Maida in it Add 25 gm Sugar and mix it well Add a few drops of Vanilla Essence Make sure there are no lumps in the mixture 3 - Piping and Baking the Tarts Fill the mixture in a piping cone or Icing Gun Pipe out the tarts on the Parchment Paper in a spiral motion Hold the Parchment Paper with one hand just to make sure the position of it is secure Repeat the steps for all the tarts Now place the tarts in convection mode, at 200 degree Centigrade for 20 minutes Take them out after baking and let cool for 3-5 mins Now fill jam in the piping cone or Icing gun and pipe out one drop in the centre of the tarts Your tarts are ready to Serve Like, share and subscribe to Saburi Kitchen for more such amazing recipes.
