Add a new favourite to your recipe list, try this new Chilli Tamarind Chicken recipe #foodfusion #HappyCookingToYou #digitalammi #araywahh Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3RITpM4 Serves 5-6 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) ¼ Cup -Soy sauce 2 tbs -Fish sauce ½ tbs (optional) -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Sugar 2 tbs -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste -Chicken mix boti large pieces 750g -Cooking oil 1 tbs -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 medium -Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 medium -Cooking oil 3-4 tbs -Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs -Sukhi lal mirch (Dried red chillies) 4-5 -Til (Sesame seeds) roasted 2 tsp -Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped Directions: -In a bowl,add tamarind pulp,soy sauce,fish sauce,salt,sugar,red chilli powder & whisk well. -Make slits on chicken pieces. -In marinade,add chicken,mix well,cover & marinate for 1 hour. -In a frying pan,add cooking oil,capsicum,onion & sauté for 1-2 minutes & set aside. -In a frying pan,add cooking oil,ginger,garlic,dried red chillies & sauté for a minute. -Add marinated chicken along with marinade,cover & cook on low flame for 18-20 minutes & stir in between then cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes. -Add sauteed onion & capsicum & mix well. -Add sesame seeds,garnish with spring onion leaves & serve with rice! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) ¼ Cup -Soy sauce 2 tbs -Fish sauce ½ tbs (optional) -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Sugar 2 tbs -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste -Chicken mix boti large pieces 750g -Cooking oil 1 tbs -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 medium -Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 medium -Cooking oil 3-4 tbs -Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs -Sukhi lal mirch (Dried red chillies) 4-5 -Til (Sesame seeds) roasted 2 tsp -Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped Directions: -Bowl mein imli pulp,soy sauce,fish sauce,namak,cheeni aur lal mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Chicken pieces per slits laga lein. -Marinade mein chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya marinate ker lein. -Frying pan mein cooking oil,shimla mirch aur pyaz dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya sauté ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Frying pan mein cooking oil,adrak,lehsan aur sukhi lal mirch dal ker ek minute kliya sauté ker lein. -Marinated chicken ko marinade ka saath dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 18-20 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech mein chamcha chala lein phir tez ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein. -Sauteed pyaz & shmila mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein -Til dal dein aur hara pyaz sa garnish ker ka rice ka saath serve karein!
