INGREDIENTS:
1 Chicken Breast
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp dry Fenugreek leaves
¼ tsp chilli flakes
2 green chillies' paste
1 Egg
1 tsp All purpose flour
1 tsp cornflour
some fresh coriander leaves
½ lemon's juice
2 tbsp yogurt
Oil for Frying
for White Sauce
1 tbsp Oil
3 grated garlic cloves
1 tsp grated ginger
2 tbsp Butter
200g Fresh Cream
2-3 pinches Salt
¼ tsp black pepper powder
¼ tsp Chilli flakes
100g mozzarella cheese
some fresh coriander leaves
