I love making cooking and baking easier, so today I'm showing you one of my favorite easy dessert recipes. These 5 ingredient cheesecake brownies are delicious and come together in about 30 minutes.
Box Mix Cheesecake Brownies Recipe:

Brownie Base
Mix the brownie batter according to the package instructions. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Dump the batter into the pan. Set aside.
Cheesecake Topping Ingredients
1 8oz block cream cheese
1 large egg
1/3 cup granulated sugar
Mix together with a hand mixer until smooth. Spread over the brownie batter. Swirl with a toothpick if desired.
Bake according to the brownie box instructions. Test to see if the brownies are down by poking the middle with a toothpick.
