Simple Chicken Curry | Chicken Curry For Bachelors | Easy Chicken Curry | Simple Chicken Curry For Beginners | Chicken Gravy | Chicken Curry | Bachelor Chicken Curry | Chicken Masala Powder Curry | Chicken Masala Ingredients for Bachelor Chicken Curry Recipe: (Tsp- Teaspoon; Tbsp- Tablespoon ) - Chicken-500-600 gms (curry cut with bones) - Onion- 2.5 medium sliced (200 gms) - Ginger Garlic paste-1 tbsp - Garlic cloves-7-8 (or 10) - Tomato sliced-3 medium - Green chillies cut- 4-5 - Curry leaves- 15-20 - Mint leaves- 2 sprigs Spice Powders: - Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp - Red chilli powder- 2 tsp - Kashmiri Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp - Coriander powder-2 tsp - Garam Masala powder-1/2 tsp - Pepper powder-1/2 tsp - Cumin powder-1/2 tsp - Kasuri Methi- 2 tsp - Salt - 1 tsp - Oil-1/2 cup (7 tbsp) - Water - 150 ml Preparation: - Slice the onions & tomatoes and peel the garlic cloves. - Also cut the green chillies into 1 inch pieces and chop the coriander leaves. - Take out the curry leaves and the mint leaves. Process: - Take a pressure cooker and heat oil. - Now add the chicken pieces with bones and fry 1-2 mins on high heat till the chicken turns white. - Now add the sliced onions, garlic cloves, ginger garlic paste and green chillies & give a stir on high heat for 1-2 mins. - Add the sliced tomatoes, all the spice powders, curry leaves and mint leaves. - Cook on high heat for 3 mins till little fried and oil separates. - Add the salt and cook on medium heat for another 5 mins. - Add the water and mix well. - Pressure cook on high heat till 1st whistle and on medium heat for 2 more whistles.
