Banana ice cream dessert:- One of the tasty and healthy dessert. I had the glance of this recipe in bigboss telugu when bigboss title winner shiv Balaji prepared this.
I tried this recipe and believe me it is one of the delicious dessert that I had.
My special thanks to Shiv Balaji and congrats to him for winning the title. Lets enjoy the recipe now. Ingredients required for this are:-
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Sugar – 6 Tspn (jaggery also can be added instead of sugar)
Ghee - 2 Tbspn
Banana (big size) – 2
Butterscotch Ice cream
Directions:-
Take one cup of wheat flour add 6 teaspoons of sugar ((jaggery also can be added instead of sugar) mix well and add little quantity of water and mix, continue this process you form thick batter.
Head pan/tawa pour the batter and spread it. Apply ghee roast till its golden brown color and little crispy add ghee to the dosa again and add banana slices, cook for 1 minute, take the dosa to a serving bowl, add butterscotch Ice cream to the dosa and serve hot.
