For the quick granola
Ingredients:
40g gluten free porridge oats
1 tbsp almonds, chopped.
2 tbsps chopped hazelnuts
Dash of Blue Diamond Unsweetened Almond Breeze Milk
Method:
Mix the porridge oats and the chopped nuts together and then stir in a dash or 2 of the milk, not too much but you want the mixture to be coated and wet.
Bake in a preheated oven for 8 minutes at around 200C until crunchy.
For the açai bowl
Ingredients:
1.5 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp almond butter
1 tbsp raw chocolate or raw cacao
100ml Blue Diamond Unsweetened Almond Breeze Milk
1 frozen açai block
Method:
Blend the ingredients until smooth and then assemble the bowl with the granola on top, some extra blueberries and/or banana, extra nut butter and some fresh mint.

This is the yummiest breakfast and I look forward to it so much. It's so simple to make a quick granola like this from scratch and it doesn't have any added sugar or sweetens.
