Chicken & Spinach in Coconut Milk
It has been raining and hailing over here. ☔️ so I wanted to cook something quick and comforting.
Friends, this is such a tasty and nutritious meal. It’s so quick to make, and a dish that may surprise many. My husband and kids were skeptical at first, but they all enjoyed it. It’s this good. ?
I shared a similar recipe a while back. This time I added chopped boneless and skinless chicken thighs (browned it first), used frozen spinach I had on hand and added onions. Spices can be adjusted. Turmeric is a must though, trust me. Check out the recipe + video ⬇️
