TO ASSEMBLE Now add half the portion of saffron mixed with yogurt, coriander and mint on the chicken, spread half of the rice over the chicken. Now sprinkle the remaining yogurt and saffron mixture, add the remaining rice. Cover tightly, leave it on dum for 15 mins, serve with kachoomber. Chicken Chili Cheese Mini Burgers: Ingredients Mini burger buns 12 Ingredients for Burger Patties Chicken mince 500 gm Chopped ginger 1 tsp Chipped garlic 1 tsp Onion chopped 1 cup Spring onion chopped ½ cup Green chilies chopped 4 Crushed red pepper 1 tsp Chicken powder 1 tsp Black pepper ½ tsp Garlic powder ½ tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Mixed herbs 1 tsp Corn flour 2 tbsp Cream cheese 2 tbsp Oil to fry the patty Ingredients for Chili Cheese Sauce Butter 1 tbsp Crushed garlic 1 tsp Flour 1 tsp Milk 1 ½ cup Cheddar cheese ½ cup Paprika 1 tsp Crushed red pepper 1 tsp Salt ½ tsp Jalapenos finely minced 1 tbsp To Assemble Mayonnaise Butter to spread on burger buns Cheese slices Onion slices as required Tomato slices as required Fries to serve METHOD Put all the ingredients for chicken patty in a chopper and grind till smooth, shape into mini patties, size of the buns and shallow fry. METHOD FOR CHEESE SAUCE Heat butter, fry garlic, add flour, add in milk, cheese with all the remaining ingredients, cook till thick, remove. TO ASSEMBLE First apply little butter on both sides of the buns and toast on pan, then apply mayonnaise on buns, put cooked patty, cover with cheese sauce, place a cheese slice over it, tomato slice, onion slice, some more cheese sauce, cover and serve immediately with loads of fries. Crispy Parmesan Wings: Ingredients Chicken wings 1 kg with skin Flour 1 ½ cup Salt 1 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Chicken powder 1 tbsp Oil to deep fry Crispy fry 1 packet Ingredients for Parmesan Sauce Oil ¼ cup Crushed garlic 1 tbsp Sugar 2 tbsp Milk ½ cup Mayonnaise ½ cup Crushed red pepper 1 tsp Black pepper ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp Chicken powder ½ tsp Garlic powder ½ tsp Oregano ½ tsp Chopped coriander leaves 2tbsp Vinegar 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese 3 tbsp METHOD Toss the chicken wings in seasoned flour and deep fry. Heat oil, fry garlic, add milk and sugar, cook for 2 mins, add all the ingredients for sauce and mix well, toss the hot fried wings in prepared sauce and serve immediately sprinkled with finely chopped coriander leaves.
