INGREDIENTS:
800g Chicken
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Fenugreek leaves
1 tsp chilli flakes
½ tsp homemade garam masala
200g yogurt
100ml Oil
2-3 cloves
2-3 cardamoms
Small piece of cinnamon
1 black cardamom
2 bay leaves
2 big sliced onions
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp coriander powder
4 green chillies
1 tbsp melon seeds
1 tbsp raisins
10-12 cashews
2 pinches Shahi garam masala
1 pinch roasted Fenugreek leaves
1 tsp keora water
