Green beef with Potatoes Beef                          1 kg Vinegar                     2 tblspn Salt                            to taste Coriander fresh        half bunch Garlic                        1 small pod Ginger                      1 and half inch Cinnamon stick       1 inch Black pepper Corn   20 each Cloves                      10 each Cumin whole            1 tspn Tumeric powder       half tspn Tamarind                  size of lemon Green chillies           7 each Onion medium         2 each Tomatoes medium  1 each Potatoes medium     2 each Sugar half tspn Oil                              to saute Grind fresh coriander, ginger, garlic, cumin, turmeric powder, tamarind, green chillies, cloves and Cinnamon stick.
