Buko Halo Graham Float Ingredients: 740ml All Purpose cream(chilled overnight) 390g condensed milk(chilled overnight) 220g graham crackers 2-3 tbsp buko powdered juice 10g gelatine 1/8 cup hot water Fillings and toppings: 1 cup green nata de coco 1 cup red nata de coco 1/2 cup violet sago 1/2 cup orange sago 1 cup pineapple tidbits 1 cup sweetened buko strings 6 tbsp ube halaya 6 tbsp leche flan Procedure: 1) Combine condensed milk and buko powered juice 2) Mix well and set aside 3) Combine gelatine and hot water.
