* Gelatin - 20 g + milk(cold) - 100 ml.
* Yolks - 3 pcs.
* Sugar - 70 g.
* Milk - 200 ml.
2-nd Cream:
* Flour - 1 cup (220 ml).
* Sugar - 1 cup (200 ml).
* Milk - 1 L.
* Vanilla - 10 g.
* Butter - 50 g.
I mix two creams, mix thoroughly and pour into a mold, send to the refrigerator for 3 hours or more.After that, take it out of the mold, sprinkle chocolate or cocoa shavings on top, cut it and enjoy.
