Easy, No Fold Puff Pastry Dough | Creamy Chicken Puffs | Business Recipe by Garfin’s Creation

Ingredients:
Puff Dough:
300 Gms Maida / All Purpose Flour
¾ Tsp Salt
20 Gms Butter (Room Temp)
200 ml (approx.) Water for Kneading
140 Gms Puff Margarine (used Royal’s Puff Margo) This is available at Bakery Items shops.
You can also use Lily butter available at Crawford Market -Mumbai. At Lobo’s stores
You can also use ready to use puff pastry dough
1 Egg Yolk for egg wash
Chicken Filling:
1 Cup Chicken- Boiled and shredded
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Cup Spring Onions – sliced
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic paste
½ Capsicum
1 + ½ Tbsp Maida/ All Purpose Four
¾ Cup Milk
½ Tsp Oregano
1 Tsp Pepper Powder
Salt to Taste
Spring Onion leaves (optional)
