1 cup Kaong or Sugar Palm Fruit, drained
1/2 cup young Coconut Strips or Buko strips, drained
1 piece apple, cubed and unpeeled
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, added to apple to prevent oxidation
1 can Nestle All Purpose Cream
1 can Condensed Milk
1/3 cup Maraschino Cherries, drained
How To Make Filipino Fruit Salad Recipe
1. In a bowl, combine the Del Monte fruit cocktail, pineapple tidbits, nata de coco, kaong, coconut or buko strips, and apple slices.
2. Add in the Nestle Cream and condensed milk and then blend well will the rest of the ingredients.
