Ingredients:
Butter -50 gram
Sugar - 50 gram
Red berries
Rasp berries
Black berries
Mascarpone - 4 tablespoons
Bitterkoekjes (macaroons) - 3 pieces
Whiskey Lemon marmalade - 2 tablespoons
Merengue - 1 tablespoon (crushed)
Vanilla ice cream - 2 balls
Chocolate - a few chunks
Mint leaves - 2 twigs
Licor 43 - a shot
How To:
01h00m - Set up your barbecue to grill
00h15m - Melt the butter, then the sugar and then add the fruit
00h10m - When the fruit is simmering (10mins) build up your plate
00h00m - add the fresh fruit and licor 43 and enjoy
