Order a plate of Momos and it will most likely be accompanied with a bowl of hot Momo soup. Broth-based clear soups are highly-flavorful, clear liquids that have been made by simmering meat, vegetables in a liquid. Soups are the only dish that is completely dedicated for winter and cold day. This is one of the flavourful soups and can be made within 30 mins overall.
