Katori in English means bowl, here which is the base, it is crispy yet juicy and Malai is the feeling that we have used to fill the empty katori and as it is something
creamy so we named it as malai, Combining two becomes a Sweet Dish called Malai Katori which tastes amazing and the looks of the sweet is what attracts a Foodie. So

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
4tbsp Condensed Milk(Sweetened)
1/4tsp Cardamom (Crushed)
1 Cup Fresh Coconut(scraped)
Pinch of Salt
2tbsp Ghee
1 Cup Sugar
Cashew nut and Raisins
Water as required
Oil to fry
Method
- Dissolve Sugar in Water and simmer until the sugar syrup thicken.
- Mix All purpose flour, Ghee, salt and combine add luke warm water and make dough. Cover and let this rest for 20 minutes.
- Take a small portion of dough, make a bowl out of the dough then fry this in oil(Room Tempeature) until brown.
- Immerse the katori in the sugar syrup and let this soak for 1 hour
- For filling mix together coconut, condensed milk and cashews.
-Take the katories out of the syrup then fill with the coconut filling and garnish with some Cashews and Raisins.
