Ingredients:
1 whole dressed chicken
3 red onions
2 bulbs garlic
15g ginger
2 stalks lemon grass
1-2 L water
1/3 cup patis (fish sauce)
1 tbsp whole black peppercorns
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Airfryer temperature: 180°C/350°F
18 minutes per side
