350 ग्राम बोनलेस चिकन
1 बड़ा अंडा
4 बड़े चम्मच कॉर्नस्टार्च
2 बड़े चम्मच मैदा
1 छोटा चम्मच सफेद मिर्च पाउडर
नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 कप संतरे का रस
1 छोटा चम्मच डार्क सोया सॉस
2 बड़े चम्मच चीनी / सफेद चीनी
नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 छोटा चम्मच सफेद मिर्च पाउडर
1 बड़ा चम्मच तेल
2 नग सूखी लाल मिर्च
1 टेबल स्पून बारीक कटा हुआ अदरक
1 बड़ा चम्मच बारीक कटा हुआ लहसुन का घोल (2 बड़े चम्मच कॉर्नस्टार्च + थोड़ा पानी)
1 छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च के गुच्छे
गार्निश के लिए तिल और हरा प्याज
