3 pcs shiitake mushrooms(fresh/ dried)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp ginger
1 pc Chinese chorizo, sliced
2 pcs star anise
100 g carrot, sliced
2 Tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp ground pepper
Sauce:
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp Datu Puti oyster sauce
4 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp soy sauce (optional)
