1 Cup Halved Strawberries
1/2 Cup Caster Sugar
250mL Whipping Cream
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Teaspoons Gelatine
60mL Hot Water
Diced Strawberry Mix:
1 Cup Diced Strawberries
1 Teaspoon powdered Sugar
