Chicken Momos Recipe
Ingredients for 2 serving
For the chicken stuffing
Mince Chicken - 250gm
Green chili - 4-5 piece
Spring onion - 1 cup
Chopped garlic - 2 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
For the dough
Maida - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tsp
Water to make a soft dough
Keep the dough aside for at least 20-30 minutes..
1. Make the momos and steam them for exactly 15 minutes. Over steaming will break them.
2. To make the simple momo sauce, take 2 tbsp of pizza sauce and add 1/4 cup of water. Mix them properly and enjoy.
