Recipe 1:
1 can pumpkin puree
1.5 lbs chicken
1 can coconut milk
1/2 onion
1 bell pepper
olive oil
2 TBS curry powder
served over rice
Recipe 2:
1 butternut squash
4 chicken breasts (or whatever part of the chicken you fancy!)
1 onion
rosemary
garlic powder
salt &pepper
olive oil
1/2 cup heavy cream
cayenne pepper
pasta of choice
Recipe 3:
1 can cream corn
1 can chicken (drained)
1 can fire roasted tomatoes
1 can black beans (drained)
1 can broth
1 can pumpkin puree
1 pouch taco seasoning
1 tbs chili powder
