1 cup white sugar (190g)
1-1/2 tablespoon Baking powder (15g)
1/2 teaspoon Salt (2g)
2 pieces of Egg (122g)
350ml room temp Evaporated milk
1/2 cup cooking oil (90ml)(90g)

cook 14-15 minutes medium heat
after 15 minutes reverse and cook for another 4 minutes
