PREPARATION OF HYDERABADI GREEN CHICKEN:

All Ingredients:

Cashew nuts – 10
Almonds – 10
Watermelon seeds – half cup
Cinnamon – 4 inches
Cardamom – 12
Cloves – 7
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Kasuri methi – 2 tbsp

Ground masala:
?
Cashew nuts – 10
Almonds – 10
Pista – 10
Cinnamon – 2 inches
Cloves – 4
Cardamom – 10
Watermelon seeds – 2 tbsp
Grind into fine powder

Green paste:
?
Chopped Green chillies – half cup
Mint leaves – half cup
Coriander leaves – half cup
Blend into paste

Chicken Marination:
?
Raw Chicken – 1kg (Piece weight 40/50/60gms)
Salt
Ground masala
Green paste
Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Curd – half cup
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Green colour – a pinch (Optional)

Preparation:
?
Oil – 100ml
Cinnamon – 2 inches
Cardamom – 2
Cloves – 3
30 Mins Marinated Chicken
Leftover masala water
Put on High flame
Fried Onions – half cup
CLOSE LID & COOK FOR 5 MINS ON MEDIUM FLAME
Hot water – 1 Glass (250ml)
CLOSE LID & COOK FOR 5 MINS ON MEDIUM FLAME
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Kasuri methi – 2 tbsp
Cook on medium flame
STOVE OFF
