I used the Herby Tomato Chicken Spready to create this yummy cheesy tomato chicken sub! ?
Recipe:
? Scoop out some spread into a bowl, add some capsicum, tomato (optional), onions (optional), Oregano & grated cheese.
Mix them well & keep aside.
? Take a garlic bread loaf & cut in half, slice in two.
? Spread good amount of butter & toast the bread from both sides.
? Spread the mixture on the bread & cover with other slice.
(Optional: Re-Toast the bread on medium heat. This will make the cheese meltin sandwich)
I didn't know how it tasted untill in tried myself.
Honestly, I couldn't resist, so I ate some of the mixture itself while preparing!
