TRYING 'HEALTHY' DESSERT RECIPES


Trying out healthier dessert recipes I found online! Some good, some not so good. I rated them all at the end! Here are the recipes: 1. Healthier Brownies 1 ripe banana 1.5 cups oats 1/2 cup Misfits protein 2 eggs 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup oil 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp baking soda bake 350° 25 mins 2. Protein Cookie 1/4 cup oats 1/4 cup Misfits protein 1-2 tbsp nut butter 1/2 banana or 1 egg salt airfry 350° for 6 mins 3. PB Hot Chocolate empty pb jar desired amount of HU Kitchen chocolate chips / chunks ~1 cup warmed almond milk 4. Protein Muddy Buddies 1 box chex 1 cup HU Kitchen chocolate 1/2 cup PB 1/2 cup coconut oil + protein powder to coat ***melt together chocolate, pb, and oil until smooth. pour over chex in ziplock or sealed container. shake. coat with desired amount of protein powder. store in fridge!
