Chicken 750 gm
Cooking oil 4-5 tbsp
Tomato 2 nos
Onion 3 nos (150 gm)
Garlic ginger paste 2 tbsp
Cloves 2 nos
Cinnamon 2 inch
Cardamom 2 nos
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
Chicken masala powder 1/2 tbsp
Coriander leaves
________________Preparation_________________
- Take a kadhai or pan
- Add cooking oil 4-5 tbsp
- Add cloves 2 nos, cardamom 2nos, cinnamon 2 inch, few javitri
- Take a stir
- Chopped onions 150 gm (3 medium size)
- Fry 10 mins (on medium flame)
- Add garlic ginger paste 2 tbsp
- Fry 2 mins (on low flame flame)
- Add salt to taste
- Take a stir
- Add tomato paste 2 nos
- Add turmeric 1/2 tbsp, coriander 1/2 tbsp, chilli powder 1 tbsp
- Stir 10 minutes (on low flame)
- Add chicken 750 gm
- Cook 10 mins (on medium flame)
- Cover & cook 10 minutes (on low flame)
- Add cumin powder 1/2 tbsp, chicken masala 1/2 tbsp, coriander leaves
- Mix well & off the flame
Now serve with cha pati or rice.
