Ingredients:
• 28 whole Oreo cookies
• 6 tbsp unsalted, melted butter
• 8oz cream cheese (at room temp)
• 2 cups unsalted peanuts (or 1 cup peanut butter)
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 cup heavy cream
Preparation:
• Preheat your oven to 350°F
• Crush your Oreos using a food processor and mix in melted butter
• Form a crust on a 9inch pie pan and bake for 12 minutes, then let cool
• In a food processor blend your peanuts until creamy to form your peanut butter
• Mix your peanut butter with cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and heavy cream until smooth and creamy
• Place the mix in your chilled pie crust and refrigerate for 6 hours
• Slice, serve and enjoy!
