I'm coming at you with a video thats all about my favorite 2 easy green smoothies! I had so much fun filming this video and I hope you guys like it. Smoothie Recipe #1: Creamy Avocado Smoothie - 1/4 of an Avocado -A few drops of Maple Syrup -1 bananas -A handful of Spinach -1 or 2 cups of Almond Milk -Ice -Water Add these ingredients into your blender. Depending on the size of the smoothie you are making you might want to adjust your ingredient measurements accordingly. Smoothie Recipe #2: Green Apple Smoothie -1 green apple -A handful of spinach -1 cup of almond milk -2 medjool dates -Water -Ice -A few dashes of cinnamon -A few dashes of nutmeg Add these ingredients into your blender. Depending on the size of the smoothie you are making you might want to adjust your ingredient measurements accordingly. I find it best to play around with ingredients and measurements until you find the right taste for you.
