Welcome! I hope you are all enjoying some spring weather before it gets too hot! It’s already getting a little warm here where I am so I decided to fix up some simple no-bake desserts. These are all refreshing and can be prepared pretty quickly. My family loves the occasional treats like these and they are also very easy to prepare for visitors or special gatherings. You can add these to your little dessert recipe “artillery” and use them when you get that urge for something sweet and refreshing!

STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD:
3.4 oz packet instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding
1 c broken pretzels
2 c cold milk
21 oz can strawberry pie filling
1 c cool whip or whip cream
*crushed/broken pretzels for garnish
PINEAPPLE FLUFF:
8 oz cream cheese
½ c sugar
8 oz cool whip
20 oz can crushed
–Pretzels
1 stick butter
1 ½ c broken pretzels
¼ c sugar
NO BAKE PB COOKIE WITH PRETZEL:
1 stick butter
½ c milk
2 c sugar
¼ c unsweetened cocoa
½ c creamy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 ½ c instant oats
1 c broken/chopped pretzels
LEMON PRETZEL SALAD:
8 oz cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
8 oz cool whip
20 oz lemon pie filling
1 stick butter
2 ½ c
⅓ c sugar
