A fairly easy recipe to make, almond rocks can be made to look more interesting if plated right!

Ingredients:
- 100 Gms melted chocolate
- 200 Gms roasted almonds
- Vanilla essence
- Gold dust
- Icing sugar
- Cookie crumbs
- Whipped cream
- Halved cookies
- Chives
Method:
1) In a bowl, get the melted chocolate.
2) Add roasted almonds & vanilla essence. Mix well.
3) Chocolate hardens fast. So, after a couple of minutes pinch out portions from the mix & place them on a parchment paper lined baking tray.
4) Dust with gold dust.
5) For plating, sprinkle some icing sugar.
6) Add some cookie crumbs, whipped cream, halved cookies & chives.
